Pertubuhan Kebajikan Amal En Xin Negeri Sembilan issues official electronic acknowledgement receipts for all charitable donations received online and offline to ensure financial transparency, good governance, and proper donor record-keeping.

Important Notice Regarding Tax Deductibility: Please note that donations made to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Amal En Xin Negeri Sembilan are voluntary charitable contributions and do not qualify for tax exemption under Section 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967 at this time. All donors receive an official society acknowledgement receipt for their generous contributions.

Donation Refund Policy

The Charity takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, the Charity will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The donor will have to send the Charity a written request for a refund within 14 days of making the donation to the Charity's official address or email enxin6666@gmail.com along with payment receipt and personal details necessary for initiating refund.
